Step 1: Convert thickness to feet

$\text{Thickness (ft)} = \frac{4}{12} = 0.333 \, \text{ft}$

Step 2: Find volume in cubic feet

$\text{Volume (cubic feet)} = 20 \times 10 \times 0.333 = 66.6 \, \text{ft}^3$

Step 3: Convert to cubic yards

$\text{Volume (cubic yards)} = \frac{66.6}{27} = 2.47 \, \text{yd}^3$

Step 4: Concrete cost

$\text{Concrete Cost} = 2.47 \times 135 = 333.45 \, \text{USD}$

Step 5: Labor cost

$\text{Labor Cost} = 200 \times 2.5 = 500 \, \text{USD}$

Step 6: Total cost

$\text{Total Cost} = 333.45 + 500 = 833.45 \, \text{USD}$
